drawline.app is a platform that provides tools for designing, visualizing, and managing database schemas. The Service includes AI-powered schema generation, visual relationship mapping, database connections, test data generation, and related features.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate

• Maintain the security of your password and identification

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Be responsible for all charges incurred under your account

We offer both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Includes 1 project with all core features

• Pro Plan: $12/month or $120/year for unlimited projects

• Teams Plan: $49/month or $490/year (Includes 3 team members, additional seats $10/month)

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice

• You may cancel your subscription at any time

You retain ownership of all content and data you create, upload, or store using the Service ('User Content'). By using the Service, you grant us a license to:

• Store, process, and transmit your User Content to provide the Service

• Use your User Content to improve and develop our Service

• Create backups of your User Content

You are solely responsible for your User Content and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant us the license above.

When you connect to external databases:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your database credentials

• We encrypt and store your credentials securely, but you acknowledge that no system is 100% secure

• You are responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization to connect to databases

• We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your databases

• You may disconnect databases at any time

• We do not access your database data except as necessary to provide the Service

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Infringe upon the rights of others

• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by drawline.app and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our written permission.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data, though we will provide reasonable notice when possible.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless drawline.app and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of the Service

• Your violation of these Terms of Service

• Your violation of any third-party right

• Any User Content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by:

• Updating the 'Last Updated' date

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
